AFGE Local 4060 will be closing its FLSA overtime grievance filed on behalf of Bargaining Unit Employees of FEMA. The deadline for eligible recipients to claim their funds is September 7, 2026. (The vast majority of eligible recipients have already received payment. If you have already received payment you do not need to do anything.)
